Description

The iShares EUR High Yield Corporate Bond UCITS ETF CHF Hedged (Acc) seeks to track the iBoxx® EUR Liquid High Yield (CHF Hedged) index. The iBoxx® EUR Liquid High Yield (CHF Hedged) index tracks the largest and most liquid Euro denominated corporate bonds with sub-investment grade rating. Currency hedged to Swiss Francs (CHF).
 
The ETF's TER (total expense ratio) amounts to 0.55% p.a.. The ETF replicates the performance of the underlying index by sampling technique (buying a selection of the most relevant index constituents). The interest income (coupons) in the ETF is accumulated and reinvested in the ETF.

Therefore in this case the maximum drawdown would be (5€ - 10€)/10€ = -50%.
