Description

The Lyxor Bund Future Daily (-1x) Inverse UCITS ETF seeks to track the Solactive Bund Daily (-1x) Inverse index. The Solactive Bund Daily (-1x) Inverse index tracks the two times leveraged inverse performance of the Solactive Bund index. The Solactive Bund Daily index tracks the Euro-Bund future. The Euro-Bund future is a synthetic 10 year bond issued by the German government.
 
The ETF's TER (total expense ratio) amounts to 0.20% p.a.. The ETF replicates the performance of the underlying index synthetically with a swap. The interest income (coupons) in the ETF is distributed to the investors (At least annually).

Therefore in this case the maximum drawdown would be (5€ - 10€)/10€ = -50%.
