Description

The BNP Paribas Easy FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed Europe UCITS ETF QD EUR Hedged seeks to track the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed Europe (EUR Hedged) index. The FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed Europe (EUR Hedged) index tracks European listed equity REITS and property companies and offers a diverse representation of the real estate market in developed countries in Europe by both geography and property type. Currency hedged to Euro (EUR).
 
The ETF's TER (total expense ratio) amounts to 0.42% p.a.. The BNP Paribas Easy FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed Europe UCITS ETF QD EUR Hedged is the only ETF that tracks the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed Europe (EUR Hedged) index. Therefore in this case the maximum drawdown would be (5€ - 10€)/10€ = -50%.
