Description

The Xtrackers Portfolio Income UCITS ETF 1D seeks to track the Xtrackers Portfolio Income index. The Xtrackers Portfolio Income strategy invests in a globally diversified portfolio consisting of equity, bond, and commodity ETFs. The tactical allocation is reviewed and rebalanced quarterly. Equity share: minimum 15%, maximum 30%. Bond share: minimum 60%, maximum 85%. Commodity share: maximum 10%.
 
The ETF's TER (total expense ratio) amounts to 0.65% p.a.. The Xtrackers Portfolio Income UCITS ETF 1D is the only ETF that tracks the Xtrackers Portfolio Income index. The ETF replicates the performance of the underlying index by full replication (buying all the index constituents). The dividends in the ETF are distributed to the investors (Semi annually).

For example, if there was the following sequence of daily ETF prices: 10€, 5€, 12€, 20€, an investor would have suffered the worst loss by buying for 10€ and subsequently selling for 5€. Therefore in this case the maximum drawdown would be (5€ - 10€)/10€ = -50%.
