The iShares European Property Yield UCITS ETF seeks to track the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed Europe ex UK Dividend+ index. The FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed Europe ex UK Dividend+ index tracks listed real estate companies and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITS) from developed European countries excluding the UK, which have a one-year forecast dividend yield of 2% or greater.
