The Emulsification/Fermented Materials segment manufactures and sells cream, margarine, fillings, etc. The Soybean Processed Ingredients segment manufactures and sells soy protein ingredients, soy protein foods, water-soluble soy polysaccharides, etc. The company was founded on October 9, 1950 and is headquartered in Osaka, Japan.
