The iShares Edge MSCI World Value Factor UCITS ETF USD (Dist) seeks to track the MSCI World Enhanced Value index. The MSCI World Enhanced Value index tracks the value stocks from developed countries worldwide. The stock selection is based on the value factor of three variables: price-to-book value, price-to-forward earnings and enterprise value-to-cash flow from operations. The weight of each sector in this index is equated with the weight of that sector in the MSCI World.

For example, if there was the following sequence of daily ETF prices: 10€, 5€, 12€, 20€, an investor would have suffered the worst loss by buying for 10€ and subsequently selling for 5€. Therefore in this case the maximum drawdown would be (5€ - 10€)/10€ = -50%.
