The Housing and Construction Business segment offers custom-built detached housing, interior products, real estate leasing and brokerage, urban greening, landscaping, and maintenance services. The Overseas Housing and Real Estate Business segment develops condominiums, housing complexes, and commercial complex facilities overseas. The Others segment includes biomass power generation, overseas afforestation, insurance agency, agricultural and horticultural material manufacturing and sales, and civil engineering contracts. The company was founded in 1691 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
