The Coal-Chemical Products segment fabricates and trades coal based chemical products. The Mining Machinery segment markets machines used for mining. The Finance segment provides deposit, loan, bill acceptance, and discount and other financial services to entities within the group and China coal group. The company was founded on August 22, 2006 and is headquartered in Beijing, China.
