The Construction segment constructs buildings and civil works, and provides mechanical, electrical, and piling works. The Trading and Manufacturing segment trades and manufactures construction and industrial products, building material, and imports and distributes pharmaceutical products. The Quarry segment quarries, manufactures, produces, and supplies premix and ready-mixed concrete, and building stones. The Investment Holding segment manages properties, and holds investment in the shares of subsidiaries, associates, and other investments. The Healthcare segment operates medical centres and provision of medical consultation services. The Others segment covers the management and operation of medical centre; manufacturing of vitrified clay pipes, concrete pipes, interlocking pavers, pre-tensioned spun concrete piles, precast micro injection piles, reinforced concrete piles, eurotiles, bocks, and concrete products; and provision secretarial and share registration services, management services, underwriting of insurance, and lease and hire purchase financing. The company was founded by Fook Ling Cheah in 1974 and is headquartered in Subang Jaya, Malaysia.
