Le segment UMP se rapporte à la production et à la vente de produits contenant du béryllium, du tantale et du niobium, de l'acide fluorhydrique et des sous-produits. Le secteur "Autres" correspond aux recettes et aux dépenses des filiales de l'entreprise qui fournissent principalement des services d'appui au secteur de l'uranium, tels que des services de forage, de transport et de sécurité. La société a été fondée le 14 juillet 1997 et son siège social se trouve à Astana, au Kazakhstan.
