The Coal segment provides transport of coal from mines in Queensland and New South Wales to end customers and ports. The Bulk segment provides integrated supply chain services, including rail and road transportation, port services and material handling for a range of mining, metal, industrial and agricultural customers. The Other segment includes provision of services to internal and external customers. It moves bulk commodities such as iron ore, coal, cement, bauxite, alumina, base metals, grain, livestock and fertilizers. The company was founded on September 14, 2010 and is headquartered in Fortitude Valley, Australia.
