Beschrijving

Technoprobe SpA houdt zich bezig met de ontwikkeling, het ontwerp en de productie van tasterkaarten die worden gebruikt voor het testen van halfgeleiders zonder geheugen of systeem-op-chip. Het bedrijf werd in 1995 opgericht door Giuseppe Crippa en Cristiano Alessandro Crippa en heeft zijn hoofdkantoor in Cernusco Lombardone, Italië.
