The Companies and Corporate segment is composed of companies and corporate network and large corporate network of Millennium bcp (Portugal), specialized recovery division, specialized monitoring division, investment banking, Interfundos, specialized credit and real estate division, and treasury and markets international division. The Private Banking segment consists of private banking network of Millennium bcp (Portugal) and Millennium bcp Bank & Trust (Cayman Islands). The Foreign Business segment refers to Bank Millennium (Poland), BIM - Banco Internacional de Moçambique, Banco Millennium Atlantico, and Millennium bcp Bank & Trust (Cayman Islands). The Other segment covers to activity carried out by Macao branch, centralized management of financial investments, corporate activities, and insurance activity. The company was founded on June 17, 1985 and is headquartered in Porto, Portugal.
