Investment AB Latour operates as an investment company, which operates in two business lines: the wholly owned industrial operations and a portfolio with listed holdings. It operates through the following business areas: Hultafors Group, Latour Industries, Nord-Lock and Swegon. The Hultafors Group markets three product groups: work wear under the Snickers Workwear brand, hand tools under the Hultafors Tools brand and ladders and scaffolding marketed under the Wibe Ladders brand. The Latour Industries develops independent units and manufactures and sells a unique bolt securing system adapted to bolted joints. The Nord-Lock Group secures critical bolted joints and maximises efficiencies for its customers. The Swegon provides energy efficient air treatment aggregates as well as air and water borne climate systems. The company was founded in 1984 and is headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden.
