Piotech, Inc. se consacre à la recherche, au développement, à la production et à la vente d'équipements spéciaux pour semi-conducteurs. Les produits de la société comprennent des équipements de dépôt chimique en phase vapeur assisté par plasma (PECVD), des équipements de dépôt par couche atomique (ALD) et des équipements de dépôt chimique en phase vapeur sub-atmosphérique (SACVD). Ses produits sont principalement utilisés dans la fabrication de plaquettes de circuits intégrés et dans des domaines technologiques de pointe tels que l'emballage TSV, les guides d'ondes optiques, les micro-LED et les écrans OLED. L'entreprise a été fondée le 28 avril 2010 et son siège social se trouve à Shenyang, en Chine.
