Description

The HANetf Nasdaq 100 Daily Covered Call UCITS ETF Dist seeks to track the Nasdaq-100 Daily Covered Call index. The Nasdaq-100 Daily Covered Call index tracks the 100 largest non-financial stocks listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange. In addition, the index tracks a covered call strategy that aims to generate income through the systematic sale of short-term call options (typically with one day to expiry) on the Nasdaq-100 index.
 
The ETF's TER (total expense ratio) amounts to 0.59% p.a.. The HANetf Nasdaq 100 Daily Covered Call UCITS ETF Dist is the only ETF that tracks the Nasdaq-100 Daily Covered Call index. The ETF replicates the performance of the underlying index synthetically with a swap. The dividends in the ETF are distributed to the investors (Monthly).

Therefore in this case the maximum drawdown would be (5€ - 10€)/10€ = -50%.
