Description

The AB USD Corporate Bond Portfolio UCITS ETF USD Acc is an actively managed ETF.
The ETF tracks the performance of US dollar denominated corporate bonds from developed and emerging markets worldwide. Securities are selected on the basis of factors (value, momentum, size, quality, carry and volatility) and according to ESG criteria (environmental, social and governance). All maturities are included. Rating: Investment grade.
 
The ETF's TER (total expense ratio) amounts to 0.29% p.a.. The interest income (coupons) in the ETF is accumulated and reinvested in the ETF.

For example, if there was the following sequence of daily ETF prices: 10€, 5€, 12€, 20€, an investor would have suffered the worst loss by buying for 10€ and subsequently selling for 5€. Therefore in this case the maximum drawdown would be (5€ - 10€)/10€ = -50%.
