The North America; Latin America; Europe; Asia, Middle East, and Africa segments include the production of cement, aggregates, and ready-mix concrete products. The Europe segment is involved in cement, clinker, and other cementitious materials. The Solutions and Products segment focuses on precast, concrete products, asphalt, mortars, roofing systems, insulation systems, tile adhesives, facade solution, and contracting and services. The Corporate segment excludes trading activities. The company was founded in 1912 and is headquartered in Zug, Switzerland.
