Land Securities Group Plc is een vastgoedbeleggingsmaatschappij. De onderneming houdt zich bezig met het bezitten, ontwikkelen en beheren van kantoren, winkelcentra en retailparken. De onderneming is actief in de segmenten Centraal Londen, Regionale detailhandel, Stedelijke kansen en Subsector. Het segment Centraal Londen omvat alle activa die zich geografisch binnen het centrum van Londen bevinden. Het segment Regional Retail omvat alle regionale winkelcentra en winkels buiten Londen en outlets. Het segment Urban Opportunities omvat activa voor kapitaalinvesteringen. Het segment Subscale Sectors omvat voornamelijk activa die niet in aanmerking komen voor kapitaalinvesteringen en bestaat uit vrijetijds- en hotelactiva en retailparken. Het bedrijf is opgericht door Harold Samuel op 15 februari 1944 en heeft zijn hoofdkantoor in Londen, het Verenigd Koninkrijk.

For example, if there was the following sequence of daily ETF prices: 10€, 5€, 12€, 20€, an investor would have suffered the worst loss by buying for 10€ and subsequently selling for 5€. Therefore in this case the maximum drawdown would be (5€ - 10€)/10€ = -50%.
