Het segment Retail Verenigd Koninkrijk bestaat uit gokactiviteiten in de winkelpanden in Groot-Brittannië, Noord-Ierland en Jersey. Het segment Europese detailhandel omvat alle detailhandelsactiviteiten die verband houden met de winkelcentra in de Republiek Ierland, België, Italië en Spanje (JV). Het Corporate segment omvat kosten die verband houden met Group functies, waaronder Group executive, legal, Group finance, tax en treasury. Het segment Overig omvat activiteiten die voornamelijk verband houden met telefonische weddenschappen, Stadia, Betdaq, on course pitches en Intertrader. Het bedrijf is opgericht op 30 november 2004 en het hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in Douglas, Verenigd Koninkrijk.
