It operates through the Cannabis Portfolio and Life Science Portfolio segments. The Cannabis Portfolio segment manages the acquisition, development and redevelopment, and leasing of real estate properties to regulated cannabis operators on a long-term triple-net basis. The Life Science Portfolio segment deals with investments in the IQHQ Credit Facility, IQHQ Preferred Stock, and IQHQ Warrant. The company was founded by Alan D. Gold, Gary A. Kreitzer, and Paul E. Smithers on June 15, 2016 and is headquartered in Park City, UT.
