Über WisdomTree

WisdomTree ist ein unabhängiger Vermögensverwalter mit Spezialisierung auf Exchange Traded Products (ETPs). WisdomTree bietet neben ETFs eine große Palette an Exchange Traded Commodities (ETCs) an. In Europa gibt es WisdomTree ETFs seit Oktober 2014. Im April 2018 hat WisdomTree sein Angebot ausgeweitet und die Rohstoff-ETP-Palette von ETF Securities übernommen. Damit etablierte sich der Vermögensverwalter als führender Anbieter von ETCs in Europa. In den folgenden Jahren konnte WisdomTree ein deutliches Wachstum verzeichnen.

WisdomTree ist derzeit Marktführer für Gold- und Rohstoff-ETPs in Europa. Die Produktpalette ist umfangreich und breit aufgestellt. Außer Aktien und Rohstoffen umfasst sie auch Anleihen sowie Kryptowährungen wie Bitcoin oder Ethereum.

Die meisten Aktien-ETFs von WisdomTree verfolgen eine besondere Anlagestrategie oder bieten Zugang zu einem speziellen Investmentthema. Bei einigen ETFs werden die enthaltenen Unternehmen zum Beispiel nach der Höhe ihrer Dividendenzahlungen oder nach dem sogenannten „Quality-Faktor” ausgewählt und gewichtet. Der Faktor Quality soll für besonders solide Unternehmen mit einem stabilen Geschäftsmodell stehen. Er wird nach fundamentalen Unternehmenskennzahlen wie der Eigenkapitalrendite bewertet.

Teilweise werden diese Auswahlkriterien kombiniert. Beispielsweise ermöglicht der WisdomTree Europe SmallCap Dividend UCITS ETF ein Investment in dividendenstarke europäische Nebenwerte (sog. „Small Caps”). Beim WisdomTree Global Quality Dividend Growth UCITS ETF finden hingegen Wachstums- und Qualitätsfaktoren Berücksichtigung.

Andere Aktien-ETFs bieten Zugang zu Trendthemen wie Batterietechnik, Cybersecurity oder Künstliche Intelligenz.

WisdomTree bietet ein breites Spektrum an Edelmetallen an. Hier gibt es ETCs auf Gold, Silber, Platin und Palladium. Einige dieser ETCs tragen den Begriff „Physical” im Namen.
