Het segment Logistiek bestaat uit de geregelde luchtvrachtactiviteiten van de groep Lufthansa Cargo. Het segment Maintenance Repair Overhaul is betrokken bij het leveren van onderhouds-, reparatie- en revisiediensten voor civiele commerciële vliegtuigen. Het segment Catering houdt zich bezig met het leveren van catering aan luchtvaartmaatschappijen. Het bedrijf is opgericht op 6 januari 1926 en heeft zijn hoofdkantoor in Keulen, Duitsland.
