Het bedrijf is actief via de volgende segmenten: Fashion Store, Offprice en Overige. Het segment Fashion Store richt zich op de belangrijkste verkoopkanalen. Het Offprice segment omvat de verkoopkanalen Zelando lounge, outlet stores en overstock management. Het segment All Other is betrokken bij verschillende opkomende activiteiten. Het bedrijf is opgericht door Robert Gentz en David Schneider op 26 februari 2008 en heeft zijn hoofdkantoor in Berlijn, Duitsland.

For example, if there was the following sequence of daily ETF prices: 10€, 5€, 12€, 20€, an investor would have suffered the worst loss by buying for 10€ and subsequently selling for 5€. Therefore in this case the maximum drawdown would be (5€ - 10€)/10€ = -50%.
