The United States Electrical Construction and Facilities Services segment offers systems for electrical power transmission and distribution. The United States Mechanical Construction and Facilities Services segment is involved in systems for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and clean-room process ventilation. The United States Building Services segment is composed of operations which provide a portfolio of services needed to support the operation and maintenance of customers' facilities. The United States Industrial Services segment covers operations which provide industrial maintenance and services. The United Kingdom Building Services segment consists of commercial and government site-based operations and maintenance, and facility maintenance and services. The company was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in Norwalk, CT.

This shows the worst possible loss an investor could have suffered during the respective period, by first buying and subsequently selling the asset at the least favourable prices. For example, if there was the following sequence of daily ETF prices: 10€, 5€, 12€, 20€, an investor would have suffered the worst loss by buying for 10€ and subsequently selling for 5€. Therefore in this case the maximum drawdown would be (5€ - 10€)/10€ = -50%.
