Gibson Energy, Inc. is a liquids infrastructure company, which engages in the business of storage, optimization, processing, and gathering of liquids and refined products. It operates through the following segments: Infrastructure and Marketing. The Infrastructure segment includes a network of infrastructure assets that includes terminals, a marine export facility, rail loading and unloading facilities, gathering pipelines, the DRU and a crude oil processing facility. The Marketing segment is involved in the purchasing, selling, storing and optimizing hydrocarbon products as part of supplying the Moose Jaw Facility and marketing its refined products. The company was founded in 1953 and is headquartered in Calgary, Canada.
