ACS, Actividades de Construcción y Servicios SA levert bouw- en ingenieursdiensten en is gespecialiseerd in civiele werken. Het bedrijf is actief via de volgende segmenten: Bouw, Industriële diensten, Diensten en Corporate Unit. Het segment Bouw verzorgt civiele werken, woningbouw en utiliteitsbouw. Het segment Industrial Services houdt zich bezig met de ontwikkeling van toegepaste technische diensten, installaties en het onderhoud van industriële infrastructuren in de sectoren energie, communicatie en besturingssystemen. Het segment Services omvat de integrale diensten die Clece levert op het gebied van gebouwen, openbare ruimtes en organisatieonderhoud, evenals persoonlijke assistentie. Het segment Corporate Unit omvat de bedrijfsactiviteiten van ACS. Het bedrijf is opgericht in 1997 en heeft zijn hoofdkantoor in Madrid, Spanje.
