Recorlev is a cortisol synthesis inhibitor approved for the treatment of endogenous hypercortisolemia in adult patients with Cushing’s syndrome. Its product also includes Ogluo which is used for the treatment of severe hypoglycemia in adults, adolescents, and children aged 2 years and over with diabetes mellitus. The company was founded by Steven Prestrelski in 2005 and is headquartered in Chicago, IL.
