The Power and Water Generation segment engages in the generation of electricity and production of desalinated water for supply in United Arab Emirates. The Power and Water Transmission and Distribution segment engages in transmission and distribution of water and electricity from the generation and desalination plants in the UAE. The Oil and Gas segment refers to the upstream and midstream of oil and gas. The Water Solutions segment engages in overseeing the operation and maintenance of waste water facilities, as well as managing water collection, treatment, supply, and sewerage services. The company was founded on June 21, 2005 and is headquartered in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates.
