Description

Renova, Inc. engages in the operation and development of renewable power plants. It owns, operates and develops solar photovoltaic (PV), biomass, wind, and geothermal power plants. It operates through the following segments: Renewable Energy Generation, and Renewable Energy Development and Management. The Renewable Energy Generation segment sells electricity generated by the renewable energy power station owned by a consolidated subsidiary to retail electric companies. The Renewable Energy Development and Management segment deals with the long term ownership of developed power plant. The company was founded by Yosuke Kiminami and Daisuke Tsujimoto on May 30, 2000 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
