The NCC Infrastructure segment supplies end-to-end infrastructure projects, including tunnels, roads, and railways, covering design, construction, production, and maintenance. The NCC Building Sweden and NCC Building Nordics segments construct residential buildings, offices, public facilities such as schools and hospitals, and commercial properties including stores and warehouses. The NCC Industry segment produces stone materials, asphalt, and paving solutions. The NCC Property Development segment develops and sells commercial properties in metropolitan regions across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. The company was founded in 1988 and is headquartered in Solna, Sweden.
