The UBS USD Overnight Rate SF ETF USD acc seeks to track the Solactive SOFR Daily index. The Solactive SOFR Daily index tracks a daily rolled deposit earning at the SOFR (Secured Overnight Financing Rate) rate, which is the short-term money market reference for the US dollar.
 
The ETF's TER (total expense ratio) amounts to 0.05% p.a.. The UBS USD Overnight Rate SF ETF USD acc is the only ETF that tracks the Solactive SOFR Daily index. The ETF replicates the performance of the underlying index synthetically with a swap.

Therefore in this case the maximum drawdown would be (5€ - 10€)/10€ = -50%.
