The Cruises segment includes joint venture TUI Cruises, its subsidiary Hapag-Lloyd Cruises as well as the British cruise business Marella Cruises. The TUI Musement segment relates to providing services in destinations. The company was founded on October 9, 1923 and is headquartered in Hannover, Germany.
