It operates through the following segments: Collection, Recycling, Food, Horizon, and Group Functions.The Collection segment consists of reverse vending and material recovery. The Recycling segment provides advanced optical sorting systes to the recycling industry. The Food segment includes advanced optical sorting systems to the food industry. The Horizon segment explores adjacent business opportunities. The Group Functions segments is composed of the corporate functions. The company was founded by Petter Sverre Planke and Tore Planke on April 1, 1972 and is headquartered in Asker, Norway.
