The iShares Developed Markets Property Yield UCITS ETF GBP Hedged (Dist) seeks to track the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed Dividend+ (GBP Hedged) index. The FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed Dividend+ (GBP Hedged) index tracks listed real estate companies and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITS) from developed countries worldwide excluding Greece, which have a one-year forecast dividend yield of 2% or greater. Currency hedged to British Pound (GBP).
