Het segment Real Estate houdt zich bezig met het investeren, beheren en ontwikkelen van residentieel en commercieel vastgoed. Het segment Ontwikkeling en Realisatie richt zich op projectontwikkeling, algemene contractactiviteiten en vastgoeddiensten. Het bedrijf is opgericht op 17 mei 1999 en het hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in Baar, Zwitserland.
