Description

The SPDR Dow Jones Global Real Estate UCITS ETF Accumulating seeks to track the Dow Jones Global Select Real Estate Securities index. The Dow Jones Global Select Real Estate Securities index tracks equity real estate investment trusts (REITs) and real estate operating companies (REOCs) traded globally.
 
The ETF's TER (total expense ratio) amounts to 0.40% p.a.. The SPDR Dow Jones Global Real Estate UCITS ETF Accumulating is the cheapest ETF that tracks the Dow Jones Global Select Real Estate Securities index. For example, if there was the following sequence of daily ETF prices: 10€, 5€, 12€, 20€, an investor would have suffered the worst loss by buying for 10€ and subsequently selling for 5€. Therefore in this case the maximum drawdown would be (5€ - 10€)/10€ = -50%.
