The Information and Communication Materials segment provides copper alloys such as titanium copper foil, which is used in high-performance connectors for AI servers, and Corson alloy, which is used in connectors and lead frames. The Basic Materials segment is positioned as a base business, and plays a role in supporting the focus businesses through the stable supply of copper and rare metals. The company was founded in September 2002 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
