China Yangtze Power Co., Ltd. engages in the generation of electric power. Its businesses include domestic operations, international operations, capital operations, water services, and power distribution and sales. The domestic business operates hydropower plants. The international business manages, operates, consults on, invests in, and finances overseas hydropower stations. The capital operations business conducts equity investment activities. The water services business provides urban water supply, sewage treatment, recycled water reuse, investment, and the construction and operation of water service, water resource, and municipal infrastructure projects. The power distribution and sales business sells electricity, invests in, constructs, and operates power distribution networks, distributed energy resources, and microgrids. It also provides energy efficiency management services, manages, operates, and maintains power facilities, and operates intelligent parking lots and charging piles. The company was founded on September 29, 2002 and is headquartered in Beijing, China.
