FTAI Aviation Ltd. engages in owning, leasing, and servicing commercial jet engines, with a primary focus on CFM56 and V2500 engines. The firm’s portfolio of products, including the Module Factory and a joint venture to manufacture engine PMA components, enables cost savings and flexibility for its airline, lessor, and MRO customer base. It operates through the following segments: Aviation Leasing, Aerospace Products, and Corporate and Other. The Aviation Leasing segment owns and manages aviation assets, including aircraft and engines, which it leases and sells to customers. The Aerospace Products segment develops, manufactures, repairs and refurbishes, and sells aircraft engines and aftermarket components for the CFM56-7B, CFM56-5B, and V2500 engines through its maintenance facilities, equity method investments, and exclusivity arrangements. The company is headquartered in New York, NY.
