The Fragrance and Beauty segment is involved in the manufacture and sale of fragrance and beauty products into three global business units: Fine Fragrances, Consumer Products, and Fragrance Ingredients and Active Beauty. The Taste and Wellbeing segment manufactures and sells taste and wellbeing products into five business units: Beverages, Dairy, Savoury, Sweet Goods, and Natural Ingredients. The company was founded by Leon Givaudan and Xavier Givaudan in 1895 and is headquartered in Vernier, Switzerland.
