The Group Functions segment consists of activities that are supportive to the Group's business, such as the global filling machine assembly, global technology, information technology, marketing, finance, legal, human resources, and other support functions. The company was founded in 1853 and is headquartered in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, Switzerland.
