Harmony Gold Mining ist ein Unternehmen mit Sitz in Randfontein, Südafrika, das primär im Bereich Bergbau und mineralische Produkte tätig ist. Das Unternehmen wurde im Jahr 1950 gegründet und beschäftigte zum Ende des letzten Geschäftsjahres 34.715 Mitarbeiter. Den Vorsitz in der Geschäftsführung hat Beyers Nel. Die grössten Anteilseigner sind Public Investment Corporation (SOC) Ltd., African Rainbow Minerals Ltd. und The Vanguard Group, Inc. Der Umsatz des Unternehmens zum Ende des letzten Geschäftsjahres betrug 62,64 Mrd. ZAR mit einem Gewinn von 8,59 Mrd. ZAR. Der Umsatz hat sich gegenüber dem vorherigen Geschäftsjahr um 26,7% vergrössert. Die derzeitige Marktkapitalisierung beträgt 154,98 Mrd. ZAR.
