Descrizione

Unipol Gruppo SpA è una holding di servizi finanziari che opera nel settore assicurativo e bancario. La società opera attraverso i seguenti settori di attività: Rami Danni, Rami Vita, Rami Bancari, Rami Immobiliari, Holding e Altre attività. Il segmento Danni fornisce copertura assicurativa per veicoli a motore, proprietà, infortuni, salute, incendio e danni vari. Il segmento Vita comprende assicurazioni vita intere e a termine, assicurazioni di capitalizzazione e fondi pensione. Il segmento Banking Business è specializzato in prestiti, gestione patrimoniale e mutui. Il settore Immobili comprende le attività delle filiali, gli immobili di proprietà, gli immobili di Milano e altre attività. Il segmento Servizi di holding e altre attività si occupa delle politiche e della gestione delle società del gruppo e comprende alberghi, cliniche mediche e attività agricole. La società è stata fondata il 25 gennaio 1961 e ha sede a Bologna, Italia.
