The Gaming & Systems segment develops, manufactures, distributes and services gaming machines and casino management systems for the casino market. The Amusement segment handles design, production and sales of amusement machines and online game services. The Sports segment manages and operates fitness clubs and sports classes; and also designs, manufactures and sells fitness machines as well as sports-related products. The company was founded by Kagemasa Kozuki on March 21, 1969 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
