Le segment des marchés établis comprend l'Autriche, Chypre, la Grèce, l'Italie, l'Irlande du Nord, la République d'Irlande et la Suisse. Le segment des marchés en développement comprend la Croatie, la République tchèque, l'Estonie, la Hongrie, la Lettonie, la Lituanie, la Pologne, la Slovaquie et la Slovénie. Le segment des marchés émergents comprend l'Arménie, la Biélorussie, la Bosnie-Herzégovine, la Bulgarie, la Moldavie, le Monténégro, le Nigeria, la Macédoine du Nord, la Roumanie, la Fédération de Russie, la Serbie et l'Ukraine.
