Tenaris SA se consacre à la fabrication et à la fourniture de produits tubulaires en acier. Ses produits comprennent les tubages en acier, les tubes en acier, les tubes de conduite, les tubes mécaniques et de structure, les tubes étirés à froid, les joints et les raccords de qualité supérieure, les tubes enroulés et les tiges d'aspiration. Elle opère à travers les segments Tubes et Autres. Le segment Tubes consiste en la production et la vente de produits tubulaires en acier avec et sans soudure et de services connexes, principalement pour l'industrie du pétrole et du gaz, en particulier les produits tubulaires utilisés dans les opérations de forage, et pour d'autres applications industrielles dont les processus de production consistent en la transformation de l'acier en produits tubulaires. Le segment "Autres" concerne toutes les autres activités commerciales et segments opérationnels, y compris la production et la vente de tiges de pompage, d'équipements industriels, de tubes enroulés, d'échangeurs de chaleur et de conduits pour bâtiments, ainsi que la vente d'énergie et de matières premières qui dépassent les exigences internes. L'entreprise a été fondée en 1909 et son siège social se trouve au Luxembourg.
